Remember that new gin I love? Mike Ryan from Sable made this drink and Letherbee posted the recipe on their facebook page. It’s SO DELICIOUS! You need 2 oz Letherbee Gin, 1 oz fresh pineapple juice, 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse, and 1/2 oz fresh lime juice.

The recipe didn’t say what kind of glass, so I went with a highball and one huge ice cube so the flavor won’t quickly dilute :-)
