 If you’ve been reading my blog for a while you may remember last year I talked about being a part of Thirst Relief‘s Mentor Auction. This is my third year participating in the auction by bidding on other photographers and my second year participating as an auction item. I have won time with Justin & Mary Marantz, Ned Jackson, Melissa Jill, Angela Higgins, The Youngrens, Khara Plicanic, and Mike Larson through this auction over the past couple years. I cannot tell you how valuable it is to have talked business with each of them and now know all of these people and be able to reach out to them with questions and get together for coffee when you’re randomly in the same city at the same time.
Did you know 2.5 million people die every year from drinking contaminated water? Let’s see what we can do to help eliminate this huge problem.
So go bid on me or bid on someone else, but seriously, let’s do what we can here! I’m personally bidding on seven different people right now :-P

Details for my auction: A 90 minute chat about business or photography in-person in Santa Barbara at United in a couple weeks, Chicago or New York over lunch or coffee, or on skype if that’s easier. AND a 30 minute follow-up call. //typical value is $450
