The Real Beginning of Summer
Tomorrow marks the official start of summer! And even though I’m in the thick of wedding season and it feels like it’s been “summer” for months I am really excited for the actual start tomorrow for pretty much one reason only….the neighborhood pools open in Chicago!! I have my huge LLBean bag packed and ready. I can’t wait to swim laps, to dry in the sun, to float for hours, and generally just be in the water. I can’t imagine summer without days spent poolside.
