A few weeks ago I had the distinct pleasure of dining at RM Champagne Salon with my sweet friend Jacqueline. I’d attended events there previously, but hadn’t sat down for dinner. I’ll be honest that this post is short on photos because I ordered the skirt steak and devoured the entire platter before realizing that I hadn’t paused to take a picture. Oops! It was obviously delicious. I didn’t realize they had an oyster happy hour special and can’t wait to go back for that!
