I knew from the first time I met Mackenzie & Jamie that we were going to be great friends. They are some of the most awesome, kind, fun people. And their love for each other? It’s just beautiful.
Mackenzie had told me a little bit about how awesome Turner Hall is…amazing history and whatnot but I literally had no idea what to expect until I walked through the doors. Wil can vouch for this, but when we walked into the ballroom and saw the lights, and the M&J, IÂ squealed. And then I clapped my hands and jumped up and down. Literally. I knew Jamie was in theater…but come on! Who could even dream of something so amazing as this?! And even better? Jamie actually put up the lights THAT DAY! Just stunning. There are too many wonderful elements to talk about…so I’m going to interrupt the pictures (sorry in advance!)
They opted to do their first look in the bar next to the window…my people! I’m tellin ya
Jamie’s tie clip? Engraved with the exact coordinates of the rug they exchanged vows on. Mackenzie’s perfect clutch?! Made of her grandmother’s wedding gown.
Cocktail hour in the balcony while the amazing staff turned the ballroom for a delicious, family style dinner!
All my love and happiest wishes you two! It was such an incredible honor to photograph the beginning of your marriage. I can’t wait to see your joy grow in the years to come!!
