Two Days in Tahoe
Last week before heading to Vegas for Kaylin and Garrett’s wedding I spent a couple days with one of my oldest friends in Lake Tahoe. Jess just quit her investment banking job and is taking some time off to travel…so I imagine you’ll be seeing more from the two of us over the next year! I’d never been to Tahoe before, but she and a few of her friends have what’s called a “ski lease” where they rent a house for December or January through April. Brilliant, right? And since she quit her job she has a month to hang out there before she’s off to Seattle, Thailand, and to hike the Pacific Crest trail. We hiked, and drove all the way around the lake, and spent our last evening drinking champagne, eating pizza, making s’mores outside at the Ritz Carlton. I originally wasn’t planning to blog these couple days, but I couldn’t help but take pictures every other second and then of course I had to share them. If you’ve never been to Tahoe, all I have to say is GO!!!
