Last week I had the pleasure of spending part of the week with my mom and dad driving up to visit my mom’s family in northern Wisconsin. My great-great-grandfather built that round barn 97 years ago. We dug through old family photos, saw so many deer, fed a baby calf, saw some lady slippers, and day dreamed about a different life on the lake. It was so good to be up there again. To breathe clean air, to daydream, to cuddle my little second cousins, and to photograph my grandparents.
If you’d like to see more pictures, here’s the whole trip :-)
