Happy foodie Friday! In honor of National Donut Day, I’m going to give you the lowdown on the best places in Chicago to pick up a sweet treat for yourself today!
My absolute favorite donuts in the city so far are from Doughnut Vault in River North. It’s a line well worth waiting in. Every single donut I’ve had from here is delicious.
A very close second though is also my Wicker Park neighborhood favorite, Stan’s Donuts. I’ll be honest that I haven’t even tried a lot of their flavors  yet because their vanilla glazed is just so delicious! Highly, highly recommend.
Honorable mentions go to: Mindy’s Hot Chocolate (Bucktown), Do-Rite (Loop –  gluten free options!), Firecakes (River North), and Glazed and Infused (West Loop).
