Laura & Kevin are one of my favorite couples this year. They are so much fun to hang out with, and I just know their intimate wedding next month is going to be amazing! For their engagement photos they wanted to start at home with Jane and then walk over to the park. Is little Jane not the cutest thing ever? And can we talk about how amazing their place is?!?!? This Canadian tea company has recently opened up shop in Bucktown and quite frankly, it’s hard for me not to stop by for tea every single day. If you’re looking for the PERFECT hot black sweet tea without adding any sweetener, you have to try Glitter & Gold. I’m still hunting for the perfect iced option, but they’re getting five new ones in today! <3

Peninsula Chicago Wedding Photos

Last weekend I had the absolute honor of photographing Alexis & Jimmy’s beautifully classic wedding celebration at the stunning Peninsula Hotel. I just can’t get over how pretty everything was! Thursday Therapy Chicago: Wedding Professionals Networking

I can’t believe it’s Thursday again! Is it me, or are the weeks flying by?? My favorite Thursday of the month is next week. Thursday Therapy. It’s a networking networking event for wedding professionals. A wedding venue hosts, a caterer provides yummy hors d’eouvres, a florist decorates, and a photographer takes pictures. And every month it changes! So if you go frequently, you can see new spaces and meet new people each time. Brilliant right? All thanks to Joan from Five Grain Events and Kelly from Fleur for organizing the whole thing. Anyway! These are a few pictures from last month at the Museum of Contemporary Art. All images by Anna Guziak! Aren’t Kina and Julia so pretty? And yes, the food was de-licious. Plus! AJ and I were greeters, which was so fun!! (She is also the reason my hair looks so fabulous!)

Next Thursday we’re at Bottom Lounge at 6pm. Will I see you there?? :-)Happy Thursday!! XXOO

Chicago History Museum Wedding Pictures

I’m not sure I can bring to words how wonderful Mike & Amanda’s wedding was on Saturday. It was really beautiful to see both families reach out to each other and embrace all the love and care that went into raising such amazing people. Two families became one. If you’d like to listen, their first dance song is perfectly timed since Mike & Amanda are moving to Germany.

Mike and Amanda, thank you so much for including me in your amazing marriage celebration. I wish you two more than all the best in your next adventures!! XXOO
